Graham and Steve have known each other for over 30 years.
Graham is an entrepreneur with a track record of building and growing software companies, bringing the tech expertise to turn that vision into reality.
Steve is a respected headteacher and former Ofsted inspector who’s spent years on both sides of the table, leading schools through inspections and carrying them out himself. He knows first-hand how demanding and time-consuming evidence collation can be, and he’s helped build the tool he wished he’d had back then.

With over a decade as Headteacher at The Deans Primary, I’ve led school improvement through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
I’m passionate about helping colleagues find practical, effective ways to improve teaching, learning, and outcomes for every child. Coaching, mentoring, and sharing strategies that work in real classrooms has always been at the heart of my role.
Graham Whistance
I’m a serial entrepreneur who loves turning ideas into reality. I started my first company, KMS, straight out of university and sold my last business, MyMobileWorkers, to Asolvi in 2021.
I’d promised myself I wouldn’t start another company… until a conversation with Steve made it clear there was an urgent need to help school leaders handle evidence in a better, simpler way.
