Are there discounts available?
- Discounts are available for multi-license purchases.
Do you offer training?
Most colleagues pick it up quickly without any formal training, and our support team is on hand if questions come up. If you’d rather have us train your whole team directly, that’s available too.
- Full-day in-person training – £750 + expenses
- Remote training per hour – £125
Do I need to pay anything for set-up?
We do offer an implementation package to ensure a smooth roll-out, but this is completely optional.
The optional implementation package is £750 (one off payment):
- We upload your documents
- We set up your account structure
- We train your team
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes – subscriptions renew automatically, though you can opt out of this when you sign up.
Which frameworks do you support?
We currently support Ofsted (2024 and 2025 frameworks) and the Catholic Schools Inspectorate framework, with more being added through 2026.
You can add an additional framework to your account by contacting your Relationship Manager or Support – this will carry an extra subscription fee.
Is Intelligent Evidence GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is hosted in the UK, encrypted, and never used to train AI outside Intelligent Evidence. Read more about how we manage your data here.
